These new features enhanced the value of the home by considering the needs and requests made initially made by the homeowners. The pool area has become a place of social gathering, as guests and family members enjoy the view of the beach and sunset.

The existing house was built in the late 90’s, revamping its interior meant presenting new ideas that would allow guests to connect with its exuberant green vegetation and marvelous views of the sea.
The outdated tiles and wood planks of the floor were replaced with high-end tiles imported from Spain, which transformed the space giving it a more contemporary feel, complemented by a newly handcrafted laurel stair leading up to the second floor.
A revised kitchen layout was designed to accommodate new cooking appliances and white kitchen furniture was installed to provide a pristine feel complemented by a green quartzite countertop and aqua subway tiles accent the backsplash.
The roof height of the second floor was raised to install new windows, emphasizing the view toward the sea with an open concept area that accommodates two bedrooms and new living room furniture.
All these new architectural features have improved the overall layout and design of the house, making it memorable experience for the homeowners and guests to enjoy.
Our clients’ goal was to renovate their outdated condo unit, which has amazing views of the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. We had a unique opportunity to work with passionate interior designers that were commissioned to render a spacious floor plan, while
detailing and carefully curating a compelling selection of wood finishes, ranging from an elegant Teak floor to Cedar kitchen furniture. The kitchen became the center of attention as the stunning Calucatta island complements the stainless-steel appliances and white golden veining of the backsplash.
The master bathroom features two smoothly chiseled quartz sinks which sit atop a brushed concrete countertop. The tempered glass panels of the shower allow natural light enter into the rest of the bathroom, which is reflected by the light gray tiles of the floor and wall.
