ZENOLA MILLER
MANAGING DIRECTO / FOUNDER
A poised, high achieving leader by nature, Zenola’s committed client relationship and detail- oriented approach allow her to pursue, meet and exceed goals established by her clients when planning their projects. Her assertive personality transfers well to the tasks consistently executed by the team to deliver outstanding and profitable results. Her broad network of contacts, suppliers and business partners provide a wide variety of supports for each project. Zenola is always interested in finding new experiences that transcend conventional standards. She can discover and implement new perspectives, which is reflected in the way she pursues her day-to-day activities. Travelling is a priority for her, and she attributes the knowledge she obtains by exploring unique destinations to the development of her global perspective.

Jorge maintains a steadfast and visionary perspective, both in his career and his personal life. His vision is to create the most unique and memorable design in every space within each project. He provides immersive awareness and direction to the team by generating an innovative understanding for each architectural design, from inception to completion. With his keen interest in future trends, particularly in the boutique luxury hospitality industry, Jorge supports a lifestyle that complements and promotes these innovations.

SENIOR ARCHITECT
Cesar possesses a multidisciplinary experience in design and leadership, which aids the team in executing each project with meticulous care. His broad view of management and operational skills generates effective and innovative solutions to provide outstanding project outcomes.
Cesar’s innate ability to perform under pressure allows him to organize and prioritize project requests, helping the team to meet each deadline.
He’s a highly devoted and skilled craftsman, who can unleash his creativity with precision to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
JOSE GUERRA
LEAD ENGINEER
José Guerra has vast experience in structural engineering, project management, and operational management. He is an outstanding leader as he manages and represents multidisciplinary teams that are involved in each project by executing and overseeing the structural design of a variety of projects using various construction techniques and procedures. His involvement in projects enables cost efficient outcomes, by a complete integration of construction processes.
ANDREW PONCE
LEAD HVAC CONSULTANT
A full range of electrical engineering services are offered by Andrew, including consulting, system integration, the creation of specialized power supply, distribution, and control systems,
as well as a special talent for retrofitting existing facilities and incorporating new components alongside preexisting designs to increase process efficiency, reliability, and safety.
He oversees the processing and installing new refrigeration systems, identifying mechanical issues, and maintaining equipment in his capacity as a refrigeration technician. He has an advantage as he produces excellent outcomes because of his superior recommendations on equipment improvements and alternative cooling systems.
ELVIN PONCE
COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Elvin’s outside-the-box-thinking skills and in-depth knowledge of computer and software technologies makes him a top engineer. He’s able to generate efficient and accurate solutions to the day-to-day challenges in telecommunication networks and software automation. Elvin excels in improving the equipment and current processes by integrating both software and hardware solutions as to produce a stable system that will meet the clients’ needs.
Elvin is always searching for the most innovative technology trends, to identify potential applications for new or existing systems. His involvement in the development of IT networks in construction projects and marine vessels, enables him to display his skillset in a wide range of enterprises.
